Security Deposit: A refundable deposit is required at the time of rental. It will be refunded after equipment return and inspection for any damage or missing parts within 3 business days.
Damage or Breakage: Any physical damage, breakage, or loss of equipment during the rental period is chargeable. The cost will be deducted from the deposit or recovered separately.
Delivery & Pickup: Doorstep delivery within serviceable area is available at an additional charge. The customer must ensure someone is present to receive the equipment.
Delay in Delivery: In case the company is unable to deliver on the agreed date due to unforeseen circumstances, the customer will be notified, and a rescheduled delivery or full refund will be offered.
Return Condition: Equipment must be returned in clean and usable condition. Wear, staining, or tampering will incur additional cleaning or repair charges.
Usage Responsibility & Liability: Renter is responsible for using the equipment safely and as intended, and that the company is not liable for misuse or injury.
ID Verification &Agreement Signing: A valid government-issued ID is required at the time of rental, along with acceptance of terms through digital or physical signature.
